hereby authorize Fast Toy Rentals LLC on behalf of FastToyRentals.com, to run a RMV report (Motor Vehicle Report) with the state the renter is insured in. You also state you have not been cited for any of the following within the last 3 years: Reckless driving. Driving under the influence of a controlled substance (DWI or DUI). Leaving the scene of an accident. Operating a vehicle without insurance
If not booking a reservation - I authorize Fast Toy Rentals LLC on behalf of FastToyRentals.com, to charge my credit card a non-refundable $45.00 processing fee to obtain the aforementioned consumer report ($25.00 for each Additional Driver).
Cancellation Policy - I understand that when I make a reservation, Fast Toy Rentals LLC on behalf of FastToyREntals.com may authorize my credit card up to the total rental cost of the rental. I understand that if I cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours after making a reservation, I will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. I further understand that if I cancel or reschedule less than 7 days prior to my rental or are not present at the time of my rental ("no show"), I will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Reservation not final until FastToyRentals.com confirms with you.
